Sustainability

At Jayalakshmi Tech Park, sustainability is not an afterthought. It is the starting point for how we design, build, and operate. As a Grade A office space, the entire development follows global best practices, with planning that meets LEED and IEED standards and supports real progress toward ESG goals.

We generate clean energy through a mix of wind and solar systems, helping reduce our dependence on conventional power. The biophilic landscape brings more oxygen into the campus and creates healthier surroundings. Inside the offices, the layouts are designed to use as much natural air circulation as possible, reducing the need for heavy mechanical ventilation. UV filtering glass helps keep temperatures lower, which improves HVAC efficiency and cuts energy use.

We also choose equipment carefully. Every piece of hardware and every electrical system is selected for high energy efficiency, allowing companies in the park to operate with lower power consumption from day one.Our larger goal is simple: to build an environment where businesses grow confidently, while their impact on the planet becomes lighter. Sustainability for us is not a trend. It is a responsible way forward, shaped with purpose and intention.

Solar

With a rooftop solar installation set up, Jayalakshmi Tech Park generates 30% of clean energy annually to support IT offices and data centres, significantly reducing electricity costs and carbon emissions.

Wind

Jayalakshmi Tech Park remaining ~70% share of it’s electricity from wind power using high capacity wind turbines and advanced monitoring systems ensuring a consistent and sustainable energy supply for the entire tech park.

Green Infrastructure

Our ecological design, with over 350 trees and green spaces, creates oxygen-rich environments that support health and productivity. As a LEED-certified campus (USGBC), we follow global benchmarks for energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint.
